I was saddened to hear that Andrew had died. I worked with him for 3 years and greatly respected him. I was always relieved at important meetings if Andrew was on the call as he could explain things better than I could. I had lunch with Andrew a little while ago in Manchester and I am glad I got that opportunity to tell him how much I enjoyed working with him.
